Been long since I wrote a story or a drabble. Here goes, one based off a friend's story.

You see him at the bus stop, your bus stop. He turned, and for a moment, your eyes lock. You wish to continue this game, but he drops it and looks away.
You see him next near your workplace. You look at him, and decides to offer a smile. He looks at you... as if studying you, and then he turns away, muttering to himself. You are disappointed. You tell yourself it will never work, and you decide to finally believe that girls should never make the first move.
You complain, you rant. Everyone tries to appease you, telling you that perhaps, it is just a passing fancy, and you will get over it. You know it isn't true, but you nod your head at their words. You offer up prayers, you consult your mother, you asked for guidance. Their words help, but it isn't enough. You finally decide to just observe him from afar, and although it hurts and your heart burns, it is enough.

Then one day, on a day where everything just went wrong, you spot him at the bus stop. You quickly turned away, perhaps thinking that it is just your luck, that nothing is going to happen when he walks up to you and says one word, which just melts you.
"Hi."
And it is enough.
